职责职责：
1. 具备扎实的细胞学实验基础，负责团队管理，新产品线的搭建，包括腺相关病毒（AAV）包装，抗体偶联-LNP（tLNP）介导的In vivo CAR，CRISPR介导的高通量文库筛选等。
2. 跟进CGT最新研究进展，提出新的服务类型建议，并完成服务流程搭建。
3. 协助前端做部门服务内容宣传讲座，销售培训以及微信公众号的撰写。
任职要求：
1. 生命科学相关专业全日制本科生（5年以上工作经验）或硕士研究生（2年以上工作经验），博士研究生（工作经验不限）。
2. 管理团队完成成产任务，具有从头搭建平台的能力。
3. 较好的文献检索阅读能力，跟进最新研究进展。
4. 有强烈的工作责任感和上进心，积极的工作态度。
Job Responsibilities:
- Possess a solid foundation in cytological experimental techniques, and be responsible for team management and the establishment of new product lines, including adeno-associated virus (AAV) packaging, antibody-conjugated LNP (tLNP)-mediated in vivo CAR, and CRISPR-mediated high-throughput library screening.
- Monitor the latest advancements in CGT (Cell and Gene Therapy), propose recommendations for new service offerings, and complete the setup of corresponding service workflows.
- Assist the front-end team in delivering promotional seminars on departmental services, conducting sales training, and drafting content for the official WeChat public account.
Job Requirements:
- Full-time bachelor's degree in life sciences or related fields (with at least 5 years of work experience), or a master's degree (with at least 2 years of work experience), or a doctoral degree (no work experience required).
- Capable of managing a team to accomplish production tasks, with the ability to build platforms from scratch.
- Proficient in literature searching and critical reading, with the ability to stay abreast of the latest research developments.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and a proactive work attitude.
