Key Responsibilities:
- Design, validate, and support data migration activities, ensuring accurate data collection, transformation, and processing.
- Perform data quality assessments and validate ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions that align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, data discrepancies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Conduct data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation activities to support successful migration outcomes.
- Share knowledge, provide guidance, and mentor junior team members on data migration methodologies and best practices.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Supply Chain Management (SCM) data environment.
- Hands-on experience with data migration projects, including ETL processes, data validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Functional experience in SAP MM Data is highly preferred.
- Exposure to the Oil & Gas industry is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in transformation or ERP implementation projects.
