As a SAP Convergent Charging - Manager, you will lead the charge in transforming business processes through innovative SAP solutions. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional client support, leveraging your expertise in SAP Finance to drive impactful results. As a Manager, you will guide and develop teams, manage client service accounts, and oversee the execution of client engagement workstreams. You will utilize strategic planning and mentoring skills to inspire your team, while maintaining integrity and authenticity in all interactions.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for innovation and embracing technology to enhance service delivery. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence, confirming that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Responsibilities

- Leading SAP Convergent Charging projects and managing client expectations effectively
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of SAP Finance solutions
- Utilizing SAP FI and SAP FICO to enhance financial reporting and analytics capabilities
- Overseeing financial transformation initiatives to improve business processes and outcomes
- Developing and implementing financial budgeting and forecasting strategies
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide actionable insights
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address financial challenges
- Promoting the use of innovative SAP technologies and leading practices across projects
- Confirming data integrity and compliance within financial systems and processes
- Coaching and mentoring junior staff to develop their skills and capabilities

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Accounts Payable (AP) and SAP Central Finance
- Utilizing financial forecasting and financial modeling skills
- Excelling in financial statement analysis and financial reporting
- Managing financial risk and regulatory compliance effectively
- Leading teams in finance transformation and business process improvement
