Job Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue: Proactively engage, consult, and close potential clients on tailored WordPress service packages (maintenance, updates, security monitoring, and performance tuning).
• Consultative Selling: Identify site vulnerabilities, performance bottlenecks, and WooCommerce needs to present the right solution to prospective clients.
• Pipeline Management: Utilize our client’s proprietary in-house CRM to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
• Client Onboarding: Walk new clients seamlessly through the initial service agreement process to ensure a smooth transition to our technical support team.

Requirements

• Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, preferably within web agency services, SaaS, IT, or digital solutions.
• WordPress & E-Commerce Familiarity: A solid general understanding of the WordPress ecosystem, including WooCommerce, plugin environments, and the importance of routine maintenance/malware prevention.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business benefits.
• Tech-Savvy Adaptability: Comfortable working within a streamlined, proprietary in-house CRM system (no complex third-party tools required).

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Internet Connection:
• Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
• Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
• Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.

• Primary Device:
• Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:
• Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
• A minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• Backup Device:
• Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
• Must be functional during power interruptions.

• Peripherals and Workspace:
• A functioning webcam.
• A noise-canceling USB headset.
• A quiet, dedicated home office space.
• A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
