Are you passionate about building long-term business relationships and creating value for customers?

As a Sales Rep, you will be responsible for developing the business within your assigned territory, strengthening relationships with key commercial partners, and ensuring the execution of our sales and distribution priorities.

In this role, you will:

• Deliver business results and key commercial metrics, including Sell In, Sell Out, sales calls, assortment, coverage, and distribution.

• Ensure the availability and distribution of priority products across the assigned geographical territory.

• Build collaborative, long-term relationships with distributors, indirect customers, agencies, and other key commercial partners.

• Identify customer needs and insights to develop commercial opportunities that create shared value.

• Negotiate and execute commercial plans aligned with business priorities.

Job Qualifications

• Graduated from a university degree

• 2-3 years of experience in Sales, customer management, or commercial operations.

• English proficiency at a B2 level or above is required

• In-depth knowledge of sales processes and operations.

• Strong commercial abilities, customer management skills, and operational discipline.

• Strong achievement orientation, leadership, and customer focus.

• Eligible to work in Colombia.

• Based in Cali.
