Job Description:
The Parts Sales Coordinator position with work in partnership with the Parts Sales Representatives to support customer requests.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform order entry utilizing the ERP system and electronic processing tools.
- Update orders as needed.
- Maintain Ship Complete orders.
- Update customer third party order platforms and portals.
- Create Return Goods Authorization and manage customer returns for credit, repair, or warranty.
- Determine root cause of incorrect shipment issues and resolution. Create Quality Incident Reports.
- Update customer documentation with shipping information.
- Create credits and debits.
- Coordinate with internal departments
- Process credit card purchases.
- Maintain records within the ERP system, CRM, and other documentation systems.
- Generate, prepare, and distribute reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Administrative work experience is desired.

- Demonstrated proficiency in MSOffice.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITY:
This position does not directly lead other team members.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Typically sits, grasps items and performs keyboarding for occasional operation of a computer
- Stand, walk, bend, reach or otherwise move about occasionally
- Lift, move, or otherwise transfer items up to 30 lbs. occasionally
- Occasional exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards
- Travel by air or car occasionally
