We have opportunities at every level, from Level 3 Service Technicians through to Senior Diagnostic and Master Technicians.
An excellent opportunity has opened at Glasgow Audi for skilled, motivated professionals to join our established and high-performing team. With full Audi manufacturer training provided, you'll work with the latest tools, technology and diagnostic equipment while carrying out high-quality servicing, repairs and diagnostics, ensuring every customer leaves with complete confidence in their vehicle.
Want an extra day off every week? At Glasgow Audi, we know flexibility matters. Choose between a 40-hour Monday-Friday week plus 1 in 3 Saturdays or a fixed 4-day working week (Mon-Thu or Tue-Fri), giving you more time for family, hobbies and life outside of work while building your career with Audi.
Salary & Progression Structure
We offer a transparent, structured pay model with strong earning potential across all skill levels:
- PDI Technician – £39,155 realistic annual earnings (based on £31,000 basic)
- Vehicle Technician – £42,230 realistic annual earnings (based on £34,000 basic)
- Vehicle Technician (Brand Qualified) – £46,945 realistic annual earnings (based on £37,000 basic, includes HVE qualification)
- Senior / Diagnostic Technician – £50,685 realistic annual earnings (based on £41,000 basic, includes HVE qualification)
- Master Technician – £56,656 realistic annual earnings (based on £47,000 basic, includes HVE qualification)
All earnings include basic salary, retention payments, productivity bonus, Saturday overtime, plus an additional £2,000 HVE qualification payment for qualified levels.

What You'll Need
- Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 qualification (for technical roles)
- Full UK driving licence
- Relevant experience within a motor industry
