Job Description Summary:

Under the leadership of the Strategic Business Partner, the Recruiter Analyst plays a critical role in helping The Coca-Cola Company attract, engage, and hire exceptional talent across CPS Mexico. This position supports business growth by leading full-cycle recruitment efforts and building inclusive talent strategies that strengthen our workforce and culture. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and resourceful talent acquisition professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values relationship-building, and brings a proactive approach to sourcing and engaging diverse talent. This role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of recruitment best practices, and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders across Latin America.

What You'll Do for Us

• Lead full-cycle recruitment activities for a variety of roles across multiple business functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, and offer coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified talent through proactive sourcing strategies, professional networking platforms, university partnerships, and external recruiting channels.
• Develop innovative recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives that strengthen The Coca-Cola Company’s presence in the talent market.
• Create and post engaging job advertisements across appropriate platforms to attract diverse and high-performing candidates.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews while ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal and external candidates while maintaining timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Manage requisition tracking, applicant flow reporting, recruitment metrics, and hiring activity updates to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with third-party staffing agencies, headhunters, background investigation providers, and outsourcing partners as needed to support hiring demands.
• Research and implement new sourcing methods and recruiting technologies to continuously improve hiring outcomes and recruitment effectiveness.
• Support annual recruiting strategy planning aligned with business growth objectives and workforce priorities across CPS Mexico and Latin America.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues on university outreach programs, hiring events, employer branding activities, and talent engagement initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive employee and candidate information.
• Support workplace safety, environmental, and health initiatives by participating in required programs and understanding risk management expectations within the work environment.
• Identify and communicate process deviations or operational concerns that may impact quality, safety, or workplace standards, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Demonstrate cultural awareness, flexibility, and professionalism while working with stakeholders across multiple countries and diverse backgrounds.
• Contribute to a respectful, collaborative, and inclusive work environment that reflects the values and culture of The Coca-Cola Company.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition role with responsibility for full-cycle recruitment across multiple organizational levels.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for a variety of functions, including manufacturing, engineering, quality, information systems, operations, or corporate support roles.
• Strong understanding of full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate management, offer processes, and onboarding coordination.
• Knowledge of employment regulations and labor requirements related to STPS and applicable hiring practices in Mexico.
• Experience developing and implementing sourcing strategies using job boards, professional networking sites, university partnerships, and external recruiting resources.
• Ability to identify, engage, and attract passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and recruitment processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting deadlines.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, diplomacy, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information and employee interactions.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience managing recruitment metrics, applicant tracking systems, and reporting processes.
• Ability to present ideas, summarize complex topics, and provide recommendations in a clear and effective manner.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, external recruiting partners, and leadership stakeholders.
• Previous experience supporting employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing, or candidate engagement programs preferred.
• Experience with employment assessments and structured interviewing methodologies preferred.
• Previous recruiting experience within manufacturing, medical device, engineering, or highly regulated environments preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required, with the ability to communicate effectively in multicultural business environments.
• Strong cultural awareness and the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and geographic regions.
• Commitment to inclusion, ethical business practices, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, applicant tracking systems, virtual interview platforms, and online sourcing tools preferred.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and responsiveness.
