Job Description 

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Quality Analyst to join the Global Technology Centre (GTC) Quality team. 

As GTC progresses towards Vision35, Quality is a strategic enabler of Delivery Excellence, strengthening sustainable growth, client confidence, operational resilience, Right First Time delivery, and predictable project outcomes across AtkinsRéalis regions. 

The Quality Analyst will support the Technical Director, GTC Quality, in advancing quality management, assurance, analytics, and digital transformation across GTC. The role combines quality expertise with strong analytical capability to translate quality data into meaningful business intelligence, enabling evidence-based decision-making, proactive risk management, and continual improvement. 

Your Purpose 

The Quality Analyst will strengthen the GTC Quality by supporting: 

• Quality assurance, governance, and CMS conformity. 

• Data-driven decision-making, performance measurement, and analytics. 

• Digital quality transformation, automation, and reporting efficiency. 

• Risk-based thinking, organisational learning, and Right First Time delivery. 

The role will help shift quality management from retrospective reporting to predictive, insight-led assurance through data analytics, automation, visualisation tools, and continual improvement methodologies. 

Your Role 

Quality Management and Assurance 

• Support the implementation, monitoring, and continual improvement of the GTC Quality Management System. 

• Monitor conformity with the Company Management System (CMS), quality procedures, delivery frameworks, and applicable management system requirements. 

• Support internal and external audit programmes, management reviews, and quality governance activities. 

• Monitor quality objectives, performance indicators, corrective actions, and continual improvement initiatives. 

Data Analytics and Business Intelligence 

• Analyse quality-related data including audit results, quality events, client feedback, project KPIs, corrective actions, lessons learned, and process performance metrics. 

• Identify trends, emerging risks, recurring issues, leading indicators, and improvement opportunities. 

• Convert data into actionable insights that support leadership decision-making and business performance improvement. 

• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, data visualisations, and management reports to improve visibility of quality performance. 

Digital Quality Transformation 

• Support the development and implementation of digital quality solutions that improve efficiency, transparency, and decision-making. 

• Leverage Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, automation tools, and AI-enabled technologies to modernise quality reporting and governance. 

• Improve quality data integrity, accessibility, standardisation, and reporting capability across GTC. 

• Support the development of predictive quality indicators and early-warning mechanisms to proactively identify risks and opportunities. 

Continual Improvement 

• Facilitate root cause analysis, corrective action management, and lessons learned activities. 

• Apply Lean Six Sigma principles and structured problem-solving methodologies to improve process effectiveness and reduce rework. 

• Support quality improvement initiatives that enhance delivery predictability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. 

• Promote a culture of organisational learning, innovation, and continual improvement across GTC. 

Stakeholder Engagement 

• Collaborate with Business Quality Leads, Internal Auditors, Project Managers, Technical Authorities, Professional Heads of Discipline, and regional stakeholders. 

• Support quality awareness, auditor capability development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. 

• Influence stakeholders through objective evidence, performance insights, and data-driven recommendations. 

Essential Qualifications & Experience 

• Engineering / MBA or Quality Management, Data Analytics, Business Management, Science, or a related discipline. 

• Experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Auditing, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Data Analytics, or Project Delivery environments. 

• CQI/IRCA Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification. 

• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and quality assurance principles. 

• Experience in analysing business and quality performance data and producing meaningful management information. 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Experience using digital reporting, data testing, visualisation, business intelligence, automation, or analytical tools. Mastery in Excel, Power BI, Power Platform, SharePoint, SQL, Python, statistical analysis, workflow automation, or AI-enabled analytics tools.  

• Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives within engineering, infrastructure, or professional services environments. 

Desirable Qualifications & Experience 

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent improvement experience. 

• Membership of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) or another recognised professional body. 

• Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 19650, or integrated management systems.
