As a Project Manager at Pierce Technology Corp, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects that align with company goals. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes while managing resources, budgets, and timelines. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead project kick-off meetings to set expectations and timelines; communicate project updates regularly to stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identifying any potential risks or roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate resources, develop budgets, and allocate tasks amongst team members to meet project demands.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams to ensure a smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a technology or consultancy environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
