We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead project execution with a strong focus on project management within subsea oil & gas projects, particularly Production Control Systems (PCS). This role ensures seamless integration of project scopes with highly technical subsea control system delivery.
As a Product Delivery Manager - PCS, you will be responsible for:
Leading end-to-end delivery of subsea projects with accountability for project performance, cost, schedule, and quality
Developing and implementing project strategies aligned with production control system project requirements
Managing delivery of Production Control Systems (PCS), ensuring integration of hardware, software, and communication systems
Oversee project planning, execution, and performance management
Ensuring alignment between project scopes and overall system delivery plans
Driving governance through KPIs and performance reviews
Managing contract administration, including variations and claims
Collaborating with engineering teams for technical compliance
Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and offshore regulations
Identifying and mitigating risks related to system integration and projects

To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Proven end-to-end Project Management experience, from project initiation through execution and delivery.
- Experience within the Subsea, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Production Control Systems (PCS) is highly preferred.
- Understanding of subsea system integration and associated engineering processes.
- Familiarity with offshore Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and best practices.
- Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
- Knowledge of communication protocols and control system architectures.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
- Experience working within global or multinational organizations.
