About the Department
Job Summary
Responsibilities
Plans, supports, and coordinates regular community events in collaboration with internal and external partners.
Creates and organizes project-related handouts by ensuring all necessary materials are current, accurate, printed regularly, and properly filed and stored.
Maintains and regularly distributes Resource Guide to Hubs and other community partners.
Coordinates activities of students and other learners.
Coordinates activities of Community Advisory Board.
Enters and manages quantitative and qualitative data documenting SHARE Network activity.
Provides administrative support and database management responsibilities as assigned.
Assists with ongoing workforce education interventions in long-term care, hospital and clinic settings; create newsletter, plan events.
Oversees and enhances content for website.
Creates and grows audience for email newsletter and social media presence.
Represents the SHARE Network at community events as needed.
Facilitates small groups as needed.
Maintains inventory and re-order supplies.
The position requires traveling locally. Must have a car and insurance.
Maintains technical and administrative support for a research project.
Maintains recruiting and scheduling research subjects; assisting with developing or amending study protocols; assisting with developing data collection tools; assisting with building databases; and providing general administrative support. Has general awareness in research techniques or methods, regulatory policies and procedures, and relevant scientific field.
Performs other related work as needed.
