As a Programmatic Operations Manager in our Tel Aviv Office, you will play a key role in driving the success of our programmatic partnerships. Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams, you will optimize monetization, manage technical integrations, analyze performance, and identify growth opportunities across our programmatic product portfolio. This role combines operational excellence, client partnership, and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced AdTech environment.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of professional experience in a client-facing B2B role within the programmatic advertising industry.
• Hands-on, proven experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM) – Must.
• Experience working with programmatic platforms (SSPs & DSPs) and different integration types; familiarity with OpenRTB is an advantage.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency. Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, QlikSense, or Looker is an advantage.
• Fluency in English.
• B.A. / B.Sc. degree.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with performance marketing and/or Private Marketplace (PMP) activity.

How you'll make an impact:

• Own the day-to-day operational success of a portfolio of programmatic partners, ensuring strong performance and long-term growth.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize programmatic integrations and campaign performance.
• Analyze performance data using Excel, Tableau, QlikSense, and other reporting tools to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with clients through regular business reviews and data-driven performance discussions.
• Partner closely with Product, Sales, and additional cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges, improve products based on client feedback, and support new initiatives that drive engagement and revenue growth.
