As a Program Support Manager, you know that leading multidisciplinary teams and driving capital improvement initiatives are essential for advancing public sector infrastructure programs. In this role, you’ll serve as the on-site integration lead across portfolio, program, and project management, capital improvement planning, program controls, business process improvement, change and training, PMIS, analytics, and innovation. You’ll coordinate multidisciplinary specialists, mentor project managers, establish delivery and performance rhythms, and help build owner-focused capabilities that the customer can sustain.

You Have:
10+ years of experience in capital program management and capital planning, including leading teams performing services
Experience developing or implementing program or project-office charters, governance structures, work plans, and integrated program management plans
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating work across capital planning, program controls, business processes, technology, and organizational adoption
Experience establishing and using performance, risk, quality, reporting, and accountability frameworks for capital programs or portfolios
Experience mentoring project managers and facilitating decisions with executive, director, technical, and project-level stakeholders
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification
Nice If You Have:
Experience supporting infrastructure design and construction delivery
Experience with wastewater, water, or public-utility capital improvement programs
Experience establishing or transforming a Program Support Office, Program Management Office, or owner-side capability
Experience with utility CIP prioritization, resource planning, risk-based decision-making, and capital budgeting
Experience integrating change management, communications, training, and knowledge transfer into program implementation
Knowledge of PMI, PMBOK, and AACE practices applicable to capital program delivery
Knowledge of Oracle Unifier, Primavera P6, Oracle EBS or ERP platforms, portfolio dashboards, and integrated program controls
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Completion of Professional Engineer license exam in the Commonwealth of Virginia

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
