Summary:
As a Program or Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously tracking the progress of deliverables to maintain momentum and quality. The position demands effective communication with a diverse range of stakeholders to align expectations, address challenges promptly, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, requiring adaptability to changing priorities and proactive problem-solving to keep projects on track and aligned with strategic goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Facilitate risk identification and mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Experience in configuring and managing ServiceNow HRSD modules to streamline HR processes.
- Ability to analyze and improve workflows within the ServiceNow platform to enhance service delivery.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and their application within ServiceNow environments.
- Capability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
