Responsibilities:

Manage Architecture Governance and ICAG review processes, ensuring effective intake, prioritization, and execution.

Facilitate architecture review sessions, governance discussions, and stakeholder alignment activities.

Track architecture decisions, risks, actions, and remediation plans through completion.

Support delivery of architecture, cloud modernization, and technology transformation initiatives.

Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Architecture, Engineering, Cloud, Risk, and Business teams.

Manage program risks, dependencies, priorities, and governance reporting.

Support cloud and AI/GenAI governance processes and related review activities.

Develop governance metrics, dashboards, executive reports, and presentations.

Drive continuous improvement of governance frameworks, processes, and operating procedures.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in Program Management, Architecture Governance, Technology Strategy, or a related field.

Experience managing complex technology initiatives in large enterprise environments.

Strong understanding of architecture governance, technology standards, and modernization programs.

Working knowledge of Azure, AWS, and cloud transformation initiatives.

Experience supporting governance forums, architecture review boards, or similar committees.

Strong Agile delivery knowledge, including Scrum and Kanban.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
