Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Program Manager located in Guadalajara, North.

Reporting to the Program Management Manager, Program Manager role will be responsible to manage and oversees the end-to-end product lifecycle for a manufacturing program, ensuring that production, quality, safety, and cost targets are met. The Program Manager is accountable for maintaining efficient manufacturing operations to meet internal and customer expectations. This role focuses on achieving high levels of forecast accuracy, managing manufacturing costs, and project timelines aligned with the overall manufacturing capacity for a customer program. This role requires a strategic leader who can effectively manage resources with cross-functional teams, optimize operational processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize customer satisfaction and manufacturing performance. 

Responsibilities:

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.

• In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.

• Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.

• Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.

• Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.

• Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.

• Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.

• Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.

• In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.

• Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.

• Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.

• Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.

• Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

• Basic understanding of P&L, quoted vs. actual cost, and key business KPIs to support program commitments.

• Background in Program Management, with ability to coordinate internal reviews, follow up on commitments, and work under pressure to meet agreed deliverables.

• Must have hands-on NPI experience, including exposure to manufacturing floor processes such as SMT, PTH, process flow, and quotations.

• Strong communication skills to align with internal stakeholders and manufacturing sites, ensuring customer commitments are understood and executed even without direct customer contact.

• Ability to facilitate internal alignment meetings, to track purchase orders, site allocation, status, risks, and recovery actions.

• Ability to define action plans, escalate risks, and drive execution across sites to ensure commitments are met and reviewed at a global level.

• Strategic mindset with strong ownership, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent English.

• Nice to have intermediate to advance Chinese language.
