GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Organizational Development, the Organizational Development Program Manager will be accountable for and manages the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of project(s) and events with relatively small and/or moderately complex
scope and deliverables. The position involves proactively leading assigned projects by creating project timelines, identifying key milestones and additional resources needed to successfully complete the work. The position requires the management of internal/external relationships and processes to successfully implement projects and identify issues that may stall projects.

• Provides oversight and facilitation for planning, execution, scheduling, definition of project scope, cost/budget development and project tracking for resources and tasks for the Organizational Development and Volunteer Services Departments.
• Tracking of project progress and communicating status to ensure all impacted parties are aware of the progress.
• Organizing and facilitating meetings and presenting to various internal and external parties.
• Leads key stakeholders through various stages of projects by development of timelines, tracking of action items and deliverables expected by the stakeholders.
• Soliciting and evaluating internal and external customer feedback for process improvement.
• Identifying gaps and recommended enhancements related to new and/or existing services and workflows based on broad view of the organization.
• Buyer for Program specific materials and travel coordinator for out of State Speakers for Organizational Development
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5 years operational leadership experience in healthcare desired. Fluent in “computer skills” such as data entry, data management and analytics; Microsoft Office, Kronos etc. and generate reports as needed.
