Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

About the job:

• Maintains staff by orienting and training employees as well as developing personal growth opportunities
• Maintains and monitors workflows and instructions
• Responsible for the production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; process flow on shift production summaries
• Implements Operations standards
• Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action
• Leads Kaizen and LSGA Activities in the department
• Escalates issues as necessary to ensure that manufacturing plans are properly executed

About you:

• College-level or College degree preferred
• • 2+ years of related experience in a supervisory role.
• • Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• • Strong attention to detail.
• • Good oral and written communication skills
