Sobre este puesto de Product Marketing Manager en OurRitual
About OurRitual
OurRitual is a relationship support platform helping couples and individuals build better communication, connection, and everyday habits together. Our hybrid model pairs members with a real relationship Expert alongside in-app pathways, exercises, and AI support- so growth continues between sessions, not just during them. We're a fast-growing, tech-first company reimagining what ongoing relationship care looks like.
About the Role
OurRitual is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own how we position, launch, and grow our products across the full customer journey. This role includes positioning, messaging, launches, competitive understanding ; requires you to be a performance-minded growth partner who can translate funnel and lifecycle data into marketing decisions. You'll sit at the intersection of Growth, Product, Data, and Content.
We're looking for someone sharp, curious, and genuinely enthusiastic about the work - a true thought partner, not just an execution arm.
What You'll Do
Own product marketing end to end: positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market planning for new features, offers, and programs.
Partner closely with Product Managers to understand the roadmap early and translate product decisions into customer-facing narratives and launch plans.
Work hand in hand with lifecycle and retention marketing to ensure messaging and offers are optimized down the funnel, not just at the top - onboarding, activation, retention, and win-back.
Use performance and product data to inform positioning and campaign decisions. You should be comfortable working in the numbers yourself, not just reading someone else's summary.
Collaborate with acquisition and paid marketing so top-of-funnel messaging stays aligned with what actually converts and retains further down the line.
Work alongside content to brief, guide, and sharpen customer-facing copy and materials, without owning day-to-day content production yourself.
Identify opportunities and gaps proactively - this is not a ticket queue. You'll be expected to notice what's missing, propose a plan, and prioritize your own roadmap.
Bring a big-picture point of view to how our products should grow, and hold that view even when it means pushing back on a plan.
What We're Looking For
Several years of experience in product marketing or a closely related growth/marketing role, ideally at a subscription or consumer product company.
Demonstrated experience working alongside lifecycle or retention marketing, with a real understanding of how down-funnel optimization works in practice.
Strong data literacy: able to look at performance data yourself, draw conclusions, and connect those conclusions back to marketing strategy and positioning.
A track record of self-directed work - someone who can take a loosely defined problem, prioritize it themselves, and drive it to a result without constant direction.
Excellent judgment about when to zoom out to the big picture and when to get into the weeds of a specific metric or piece of copy.
Comfort working cross-functionally with product managers, acquisition marketers, data, and content - as a peer and partner, not a downstream function.
A genuinely enthusiastic, professional, low-ego collaborator. We're building a small, high-trust team, and we care as much about how you work as what you've shipped.
