- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to align product goals with business objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate product performance and recommend improvements.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and support decision-making.
- Experience in managing product lifecycle and roadmap development.
- Ability to coordinate with engineering teams to translate requirements into deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Capability to identify and resolve complex issues impacting product delivery.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ office.
