We are seeking an ambitious Product Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to help build user-facing products powered by distributed cloud architectures and agentic AI systems. You will work across the full stack, taking features from concept to production while collaborating directly with product and design teams.
Full-Stack & Web Architecture
- Core Languages: Fluency in Python, Rust,Java and JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Web Engineering: Hands-on experience developing RESTful/GraphQL APIs, web applications, and backend middleware services.
- Architecture: Firm foundation in web protocols, API design principles, and frontend-to-backend integration patterns.
Cloud & Distributed Infrastructure
- Cloud Platforms: Experience building and deploying cloud-native application services in GCP or AWS (e.g., Lambda/Cloud Functions, Cloud Run/ECS, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Pub/Sub, SQS).
- Delivery: Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and standard CI/CD deployment pipelines.
AI Engineering & Agentic Workflows
- Frameworks: Practical experience building LLM-backed tools and agent workflows using LangChain /LangGraph or LlamaIndex / CrewAI
- AI Architecture: Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns, vector search (Pinecone, Chroma, Qdrant), and prompt orchestration.
- Agent Loops: Exposure to loop engineering, state management, and function calling / tool execution for autonomous LLM tasks.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack features using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern cloud infrastructure.
- Implement agentic loops and RAG pipelines to integrate generative AI capabilities into core product workflows.
- Build and refine APIs, middleware, and microservices on cloud platforms to support reliable data flow and low latency.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to iterate rapidly based on user feedback and feature telemetry.
- Write clean, testable code and participate in peer code reviews to maintain system quality.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field from a Tier 1 institution.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of software engineering experience at a product-first technology company (startup environment or Product Development org.).
- Product Mindset: Strong exposure to the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC)—comfortable shipping iteratively, analyzing user metrics, and taking feature ownership with exposure to loop engineering.
