Within the Pre-Sales Solutions Engineering team, the role of a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer involves a collaborative partnership with the Sales Division to foster the expansion and success of Motorola Solutions’ ventures.

• Be a Solution Architect: You'll team up with sales to design and present cutting-edge video security and access control solutions. This isn't just about selling; it's about crafting tailored solutions that meet real-world needs!

• Be the Tech Guru: You'll be the go-to expert, demystifying complex tech and showcasing why Motorola's offerings are solving for safer. Think product evaluations, training sessions, and persuasive presentations that seal the deal!

• Innovate and Educate: Dive deep into specific Motorola Solutions products, becoming a true specialist. Then, you'll share that knowledge, empowering sales and customers to crush their goals.

• Travel and Explore: This role offers exciting travel opportunities (70%- 80%) both locally and internationally. You'll be on the ground, supporting tradeshows, conducting site surveys, and making a real impact.

• Impactful Responsibilities: From building strong relationships with clients and partners to troubleshooting complex issues, you'll be at the heart of the action, driving success and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Basic Requirements

Are you the perfect fit? We are looking for someone with:

• Pre-Sales Prowess: 3+ years of proven experience in a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineering role with experience with video security and access control solutions at a technology company.

• Security Savvy: A solid grasp of access control and video surveillance markets and solutions is a must.

• Tech Passion: Self-motivated, customer-focused, and deeply passionate about technology.

• Team Player (with Solo Superpowers): You can rock it independently but thrive in a collaborative team environment.

• Master in Communication: Native Spanish speaker with stellar verbal and written communication skills, plus top-notch presentation abilities.

• Upper intermediate level of English is required.

• Problem Solver: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, ready to tackle any challenge, with advanced knowledge of networking principles and communications.

• Hardware and Software Hero: Proficient in security systems design, implementation, and maintenance (video surveillance, access control). Experienced with system integrations and enterprise-grade computer hardware configuration and troubleshooting.

• Ready to Roll: A driving license is a must. Depending on the hiring location, our company car policy may offer a car allowance or a company car benefit.

• Valid driving license is a plus.

Extra Points if you have:

• Security industry experience or certifications in enterprise security, on-prem and cloud-hosted video and access control solutions.

• Cloud, Microsoft, Cisco, Networking, or other relevant technical certifications.

• A university degree or diploma in a tech-related field.
