Sobre este puesto de Pre-Sales Director en Fundcraft
Fundcraft is a digital fund administration platform for private markets, providing regulated AIFM services, core fund operations, and an LP investor portal to emerging, established, and institutional managers. To support our growth, we are adding a Senior Pre-sales / Client Solutions Director to help our sales team structure and close technically and legally complex deals, and to bridge the handover from sales into client onboarding.
This position is based in Luxembourg, where Fundcraft's regulated teams sit, and reports to our VP of Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to scope, structure, and technically validate solutions for complex prospective clients.
- Translate client requirements (legal, regulatory, fund structuring, operational) into feasible Fundcraft solutions, working closely with Legal, Compliance, and Product.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs and due diligence questionnaires, providing accurate technical, legal, and operational input.
- Design and present solution architecture for fund structures, including fund setup and migration scenarios, to prospects and their advisors.
- Identify and flag deal risk (regulatory, operational, technical) early in the sales cycle, and propose mitigations.
- Act as a bridge between Sales and Client Onboarding, ensuring a smooth, well-documented handover once a deal closes.
- Support onboarding teams during technical and operational fund setup or migration, as needed, to ensure continuity from pre-sale commitments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AIFMD and Luxembourg, France and other European jurisdiction’s fund regulatory frameworks, and of Fundcraft's product and operational capabilities.
- Contribute to sales collateral, solution templates, and playbooks to improve deal velocity and consistency across the sales team.
- Lead deep-dive platform demonstrations when required
Requirements
- Substantial pre-sales, or fund structuring experience in fund administration, alternative assets and European private markets.
- Legal, regulatory, or fund structuring background (e.g., funds/financial services law, compliance, or fund operations), or equivalent technical fund expertise.
- Strong working knowledge of Luxembourg fund regulatory and operational frameworks (AIFMD, RAIF/SCSp/SIF/SICAR structures, AIFM requirements).
- Technically minded: able to translate complex legal/operational requirements into clear, structured solutions for both clients and internal teams.
- Proven ability to support and structure complex, multi-stakeholder deals alongside a sales team, without owning the commercial relationship.
- Excellent stakeholder management across Sales, Legal, Product, and Client Onboarding.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to sophisticated institutional clients and their advisors.
- Fluent English and French (+German, Spanish an advantage)
- Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a scale-up environment.
