THE ROLE
As the Portfolio and Transaction Manager EMEA, you will drive operational excellence, financial governance, and strategic growth across Pure's commercial real estate portfolio in the EMEA region. Reporting to the Geo Director, EMEA with a matrix alignment to the Senior Lease Administration Manager, you will serve as the primary steward of lease data integrity, payment precision, and end-to-end deal execution. In this highly collaborative role, you will partner closely with cross-functional leaders across Real Estate, Legal, Finance, Construction, Facilities, and Procurement, as well as external landlords and brokers. By transforming complex lease data into actionable business insights and optimizing transaction workflows, your work will directly impact Pure’s regional footprint, operational agility, and bottom-line efficiency in a fast-paced technology environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive Portfolio Health & Lifecycle Governance: Own the operational health of the EMEA commercial lease portfolio by proactively monitoring new leases, amendments, critical milestone dates, renewals, and operational metrics to safeguard portfolio continuity and support executive strategy.
- Lead Commercial Transactions & Deal Execution: Manage end-to-end commercial property deals and lease renewals across EMEA, conducting market analysis, controlling transaction budgets, tracking commission invoices, and securing internal deal approvals.
- Master Lease Data Integrity & Reporting: Maintain accurate lease records within lease management software (Visual Lease), execute data quality assurance for complex agreements, and deliver high-visibility dashboards that provide actionable portfolio insight.
- Manage Financial Operations & Reconciliations: Oversee high-volume lease payment processing, perform thorough reconciliations for rent, operating expenses, CAM charges, taxes, and utilities, and resolve complex billing exceptions to ensure zero financial leakage.
- Optimize Cross-Functional Workflows: Align closely with Legal, Finance, Construction, Procurement, and Facilities teams to streamline vendor onboarding, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate capital projects with external management teams.
- Scale Workspace Innovation & Process Automation: Expand payment automation, streamline daily operational tasks, and leverage flexible space platforms (e.g., LiquidSpace, Regus) to keep workspace strategy adaptable to business demand.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4+ years of progressive experience in commercial real estate asset management, transaction management, or lease administration within fast-paced environments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of commercial lease contracts, lease abstraction, financial reconciliations (CAM, taxes, operating expenses), and transaction lifecycle management.
- Direct hands-on experience using commercial lease administration platforms (such as Visual Lease or equivalent) along with advanced Microsoft Excel capability for data analysis and financial reporting.
- Proven ability to partner across global cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Operations), influence key business partners, and present complex financial data clearly to leadership.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and critical-thinking skills with a track record of driving operational efficiency, automation, and data accuracy across international portfolios.
- We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague, Czech Republic office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
