Responsibilities - your mission

As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the successful delivery of Transfer of Work projects for Airbus Aerostructures. You will coordinate defined (sub)projects or work packages, ensuring they meet their time, cost, and quality objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Project planning

  • Prepare a project profile and agree service levels with the ordering departments

  • Agree and coordinate project interfaces and project representation (focal point) with regard to in

  • Agree service levels of project suppliers and manage bids

• Preparation of procedural/process/industrialization concepts & implementation

  • Agree process/procedural/material requirements

  • Develop a technology/production/procedural/process/IT concept, cost evaluations and calculations for

  • the project order

  • Prepare rough specifications

  • Launch and accompany process/procedural/material qualifications

  • Integrate project contents in existing processes/procedures/production flows

  • Prepare production/process/quality procedural documents

  • Project reporting

  • Prepare and document project status for deadlines, technical engineering, costs and quality

  • Perform work progress meetings

  • Trace project costs

  • Maintaining documents and tables   

  • Creating analyses and summaries (evaluations/dashboards) 

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

• A diploma/bachelor degree in business administration, or engineering several years of professional experience in consulting, project management or comparable qualification

• Experience in leading various projects

• High resilience and assertiveness

• High Team & communication skills

• Business fluent English

• basic knowledge in SAP

• Experience in G Suite
