Are you a skilled PTA looking for a high-impact role in a prime Peninsula location? San Bruno Skilled Nursing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. Conveniently located near the 380 freeway and El Camino Real, we offer a collaborative clinical environment with an easy commute from San Francisco, South San Francisco, and Millbrae.
The Opportunity
Compensation: $50-$52+ per hour
Schedule: PRN

Your Impact
Direct Care: Deliver high-quality treatments following physician-approved plans to improve and restore resident mobility and function.
Team Synergy: Participate in multidisciplinary conferences to coordinate comprehensive patient recovery.
Advocacy & Education: Mentor Restorative Aides and provide caregiver training to support successful discharges.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with California PT Board requirements.

Qualifications
Valid California PTA License.
Strong clinical reasoning skills.
Passion for providing quality care to geriatric and subacute patients.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
