Role Overview
We are looking for a Photo Editor / Digital Artist with strong skills in retouching, image manipulation, color correction, composition, and multi-style artwork creation. The role involves transforming raw visual material into polished outputs, creating original assets from briefs, and maintaining strong consistency across different visual styles.
CONTRACT: Contractor assignment, 12 weeks
COMMITMENT: Paid per completed task (1 task ~ 20-30 min)
LOCATIONS: Remote - Bangladesh, Brazil ,Colombia, Egypt, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Turkey, Vietnam
PROCESS: Portfolio Review
NOTES: Start date: 31 August. Compensation is $3.5 per task, with average handling time of 20–30 minutes and estimated earning potential of approximately $7/hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit, enhance, retouch, and manipulate images with a strong focus on quality and visual consistency.
- Create original digital artwork based on detailed creative briefs.
- Work across multiple styles including oil/watercolor-inspired visuals, paper art, sketching, abstract/geometric art, pop art, and mixed media.
- Produce multiple asset variations while maintaining consistent composition, color, texture, and detailing.
- Apply strong visual judgment to lighting, balance, hierarchy, and overall aesthetics.
- Adapt and replicate different visual styles accurately.
- Document prompts, workflows, and asset metadata clearly.
- Incorporate feedback and refine creative outputs efficiently.
- Maintain consistent standards across high-volume visual deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a Photo Editor, Digital Artist, Graphic Designer, or similar creative professional, or a strong recent design-school portfolio.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across multiple visual styles and editing techniques.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
- Proficiency with Procreate and/or Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of composition, color theory, lighting, texture, and visual balance.
- Proven ability to perform detailed retouching, image enhancement, and visual manipulation.
- Ability to accurately adapt to and replicate different artistic styles.
- Strong written English for workflow documentation and project communication.
