Performance Marketing Manager

The Performance Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in executing and owning the performance marketing across the Shark and Ninja brands. This role sits at the heart of the digital marketing function, combining paid channel expertise with customer lifecycle management to drive traffic, revenue growth, retention and customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable owning channel strategy and diving into data to deliver actionable insight. 

What you will do: 

• Execute the performance marketing strategy across Shark & Ninja with a focus on driving traffic, conversion and revenue growth. 

• Own and implement the Affiliates channel strategy, building profitable relationships with key affiliate partners and networks.  

• Develop and manage automated customer lifecycle journeys, ensuring timely and relevant messaging at every stage. 

• Create customer segments and personalise communications to drive engagement, retention and conversion. 

• Identify and test innovative opportunities to grow performance channels, developing a structured test and learn approach. 

• Collaborate daily with marketing channel specialists to drive omni-channel performance across all product categories. 

• Own key performance marketing metrics against forecast, with a focus on Revenue, ROAS, Cost%, retention rate and customer lifetime value. 

• Report on daily, weekly and monthly performance against forecast and KPIs across both channels. 
• Adopt a data-driven approach to measuring performance, working closely with the marketing measurement and data teams. 

• Partner with paid channel specialists to plan and execute successful NPD launch strategies across all digital channels. 

• Monitor and benchmark competitor activity, using findings to inform strategy. 

• Regularly present performance results and opportunities to senior stakeholders. 

• Collaborate with key internal teams including Marketing, Commercial Finance, Design, Trading and Creative. 

What you will have: 

• Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within an ecommerce business. 

• Proven exposure across performance marketing 
• Experience with an affiliate network such as AWIN or similar. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver clear, actionable insight. 

• Highly commercial and results driven with a focus on measurable outcomes across both acquisition and retention. 

• Confident communicator with experience collaborating across multiple stakeholders. 

• A motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and promotes collaboration. 

• Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively to meet multiple deadlines. 

• Curious and ambitious, with a desire to consistently test and implement new ideas.
