Description
You'll manage day-to-day US benefits, 401(k) plans, and HRIS data from our New York office. You'll serve as the primary contact US colleagues turn to for clear guidance on medical, dental, vision, life, and leave of absence queries. In this hybrid role, you'll partner closely with UK Payroll and People Operations to ensure seamless compliance and accurate data. By using tools like Dayforce for HRIS and Cocoon for leaves, you'll keep records complete and audit-ready. Your technical work in Excel will help simplify complex processes, ensuring our people receive the exceptional service they deserve
What You'll Do
You will report into the People Business Partner
- Manage the daily administration of US medical, dental, vision, life, leaves of absence, and 401(k) benefits programs.
- Coordinate the annual benefits open enrollment process from early planning through to final implementation.
- Act as the primary contact for benefits vendors and brokers to handle billing, invoicing, and service performance.
- Maintain complete data accuracy in Dayforce, processing employee lifecycle changes, onboarding, and offboarding queries.
- Oversee employee leaves of absence in Cocoon, guiding colleagues and managers with care, clarity, and precision.
- Partner with UK payroll teams to process accurate and timely payroll for US and Canada employees.
What You’ll Bring
- Professional experience in human resources, benefits administration, or people operations.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and basic reporting.
- Right to work in the United States and ability to work a hybrid schedule with three days in our New York office.
- Experience in US benefits administration, including open enrollment processes, 401(k) plans, and leave management systems.
- Experience navigating HRIS databases, specifically using Dayforce to process lifecycle changes and generate reports.
- Advanced Excel skills, including building pivot tables, writing formulas, and verifying large datasets.
- Strong relationship management skills to liaise with external benefits brokers, providers, and regional vendors.
- Strong written communication skills to write engaging employee benefits newsletters, guides, and updates.
- Ability to organize competing priorities and translate complex regulations into clear, practical guidelines.

The expected range for this role is $65,000 - $90,000. This is a hybrid role, working 2 days from the New York office.
