  • Develop and implement risk management plans while ensuring compliance with established work authorization and safety procedures within critical environments.

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including charters, due diligence reports, schedules, meeting minutes, funding requests, status reports, and punch lists.

  • Manage vendor performance and ensure all contractors and consultants comply with project standards, policies, procedures, and closeout requirements.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of collaboration locally and across the globe.

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of project management experience across design, construction, and project delivery environments.

  • Strong knowledge of project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations.

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and organizational effectiveness.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate fast-paced project environments.

  • Ability to travel up to 20% as required by project and client needs.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Professional certification in Project Management, Architecture, or Engineering.

  • Experience supporting Financial Services clients, tenant improvement projects, or retail banking environments.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based project management applications.

  • LEED Accreditation or familiarity with sustainable building practices.

  • Experience managing projects within occupied or mission-critical environments.
