Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate appointments, meetings and managing calendars and schedules
- Purchase office supplies, equipment and maintain proper stock levels
- Review and distribute mail to team
- Assist with the coordination of executive travel
- Keep office environment clean
- Coordinate facility requests from the building management
- Supervises the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, fax machine, etc.
- Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations (such as distributing building access keys and back-up to security access cards, etc.)
- Support regional marketing team with execution as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's/Associate's degree preferred
- Strong/high proficiency in MAC OS and a high technical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, self-confidence and a high sense of urgency
