Sobre este puesto de Paediatric Speech Therapist en Mediix
Paediatric Speech Pathologist | Perth WA | Multidisciplinary Practice Full-time or part-time — flexible for the right person
Mediix Recruitment is partnering with a well-established multidisciplinary paediatric practice in Perth to appoint a friendly Speech Pathologist to their growing clinical team. This is a genuinely supportive environment with strong clinical leadership, a full caseload from day one, and colleagues across OT, physio and psychology on-site to collaborate with.
About the role
You'll work with children aged 0–18 across a broad developmental caseload — early language delay, ASD, articulation, fluency, AAC and school-age literacy. The practice offers a mix of clinic-based, telehealth and community sessions, so you can shape a caseload that suits your interests and experience.
Day to day, you will:
- Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualised, evidence-based therapy plans
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group intervention
- Partner with families, educators and treating teams to support each child's communication goals
- Maintain clear clinical documentation and NDIS reporting where relevant
- Contribute to team case reviews and in-house professional development
What our client offers
- Above-award remuneration, negotiable on experience
- Generous PD allowance and paid study leave
- Structured supervision and mentoring — well-suited to early-career clinicians, and equally to senior SPs wanting a stable base
- Admin and billing support so your day stays clinical
- Flexible hours — school-hours, compressed week and 0.6–1.0 FTE all on the table
- Modern, well-resourced rooms with a full assessment library
About you
- Speech Pathology Australia (CPSP) eligible or certified
- Paediatric experience preferred, though new graduates with strong placement experience are warmly encouraged to apply
- Confident working across clinic, school and telehealth settings
- Current WA driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
