Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role requires .NET Full Stack Engineer(min 5 YOE) with strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, React (Next.js), and Azure Cloud Services. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently delivering high-quality engineering solutions, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and contributing across the full software development lifecycle. Experience with PostgreSQL and CI/CD automation is desirable.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Design and build scalable backend services (C#, .NET Core, REST APIs)
- Develop modern UI using React/NextJS aligned with UBS UX standards
- Improve and support existing Azure-based solutions including deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Independently analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues across application layers.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide sustainable solutions for production incidents.
- Support release management activities
- Able to deliver engineering work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong ownership and accountability mindset.
- Proactive problem solver with excellent troubleshooting capabilities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office and 3 days WFO is mandatory every week from Kharadi.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
