业务管理

- 在指定的区域内, 完成指定产品的业务目标，包括但不限于市场占有率和增长率,并有效地利用资源和控制费用

- 按照公司规定的客户覆盖和拜访频率，制定目标客户的拜访计划并实施

- 有效地运用产品资料,向客户提供医疗咨讯并介绍产品(包括处理问题)，使其了解并接受产品之特性和利益

- 保持高水准的专业拜访，不断提高客户的满意度,并建立长久良好的业务关系

- 挖掘现有客户潜力，并不断开发新客户，保证公司产品市场占有率的增长

- 执行公司市场开发策略和计划，完成新产品的进药计划

- 根据公司的推广策略组织有特色的学术活动推广产品

区域管理

- 通过区域目标管理，确立本辖区的目标和计划，达到预期的业务目标、市场占有率和增长率，并开发辖区内的潜在市场

- 建立和及时更新、反馈并保持一个详尽而准确的客户资料，并利用这些资料来制定行动计划，安排拜访活动，有效及充分地利用时间

- 定期分析区域情况，确立关键潜在客户作为区域发展的重点

- 及时通知客户及主管有关服务，产品，价格，供货渠道、市场发展等方面的信息

- 跟踪、了解医院库存，进货情况，确保合理的库存及防止断货情形的发生

- 确保医院每月产品的消耗，防止产品过期退回

- 与市场和商务部配合，和负责医院内的专家保持良好的业务关系，以使招标和医保目录评审的成功

- 了解竞争产品及竞争对手的活动,收集竞争者的市场资讯,及时反映给上级主管,并提供相应意见

- 及时、准确地完成各项报表

- 有效、合理地使用公司的各项费用和资源

产品知识

- 掌握完整的,不断更新的产品知识，确保产品推广信息与公司市场部保持一致

- 通过不断学习,熟悉产品的有关资料并且熟练、灵活运用

- 充分学习和利用市场部提供的其他资料,以利于产品推广

- 阅读与产品有关的各类医学杂志,文章与报告

- 了解竞争对手同类产品的相关知识

职业操守

- 确保在日常工作中, 严格遵守公司的各项SOP和财务制度，保证自己的行为符合公司的道德准则和原则

- 保持良好的专业形象,着装符合职业标准，言行举止符合公司要求

- 具有敬业精神,对本职工作积极投入

团队合作

- 积极参加团队的各项活动

- 与同事分享、交流信息, 互相帮助, 使个人和团队共同发展

- 完成主管下达的各项临时任务
