工作内容

• 每日回收店铺核心数据（GMV、订单量、客单价、转化率、流量来源结构）
• 制作日报 / 周报 / 月报，标注异动指标
• 配合内容 / 投流做数据复盘，反向优化下一轮运营策略

• 抖音平台同品类（口腔护理 / 快消）店铺监控
• 跟踪竞品价格、活动、爆品、流量结构
• 整理活动节奏、玩法、爆品策略为可复用文档

• 维护品牌店铺评论区
• 收集用户反馈、问题汇总到运营中台
• 配合处理客诉、订单异常

• 商品上下架、价格维护、活动报名
• 库存预警、爆品补货提醒
• 配合大促节点（618/818 / 双 11）做活动配置

任职要求

• 本科及以上在校生（大三 / 研一 / 研二优先）
• 数据敏感，Excel 熟练（数据透视表、VLOOKUP、基础图表）
• 抖音重度用户，熟悉抖音电商基本玩法
• 一周到岗 4 天以上，实习≥3 个月
