The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an Operator located at the 3M Varnamo site, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

You will be an important part of the production process. You will work with the assembly and manufacturing of hearing protection products and be part of a team where safety, quality, and productivity are key aspects of the job.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Soldering products and electronic components
• Assembly and handling of production equipment
• Ensuring that production follows drawings, instructions, and quality requirements
• Reporting deviations to the production supervisor and collaborating with colleagues to solve issues

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

• Fluent written and spoken Swedish language
• Careful, responsible, and enjoy working in a team

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience in product or electronics soldering
• IPC certification for soldering
• Experience from manufacturing industry
• Speak and understand English

Job specifics:

• Based at our Varnamo manufacturing site
• Working pattern – Full - Time

• Flytande svenska i tal och skrift
• Noggrann, ansvarstagande och trivs med att arbeta i team

Ytterligare kunskaper / meriterande kvalifikationer som kan hjälpa dig att lyckas ännu bättre i rollen inkluderar:

• Erfarenhet av lödning av produkter eller elektronik
• IPC-certifiering inom lödning
