This position reports to:
Planning & Fulfillment Manager__
In this role, you will have the opportunity to generate constrained engineering and production plan, material plan, and Work-In-Progress (WIP) inventory rationalization, including Sales in Excess (SIE) of invoicing to improve service levels. Each day, you will assemble and analyze all data pertinent to creating constrained engineering (for Engineered-To-Order businesses) and production plan, use rough-cut and detailed capacity planning, and link it to the demand plan. You will also showcase your expertise by optimizing working capital.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Interface & streamline MRP, providing clear material control instructions to Procurement; coordinate ATP/JIT/PO change management closed-loop process
- Develop demand-based material control strategies (in-plant raw material inventory control/VMI); coordinate with Procurement and own execution accountability
- Ensure complete material kitting aligned with production schedules
- Control raw material inventory (virtual accounting & physical warehouse optimization)
- Own supplier operational master data management and ensure data integrity
- Execute forecast process for critical material suppliers
- Take end-to-end ownership of long lead-time and critical materials from material creation to delivery completion
- Support Procurement in completing supplier improvement projects across QCD dimensions
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Industrial Management, Business Administration, Automation or related field
• Strong expertise of planning in SAP as must ; and AI/Agent deployment, Power BI, Coding ability as a plus.
• Team player, good communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders
• Self-imposed and result oriented attitude
• Solutions oriented approach and decision-making abilities
• Open-minded and enthusiastic for constant improvement and innovation
• Fluent written communication skills in English, fluent speaking as a plus
