As an Operational & Technical Competence Coordinator ] you will Lead and manage staff training to contribute to their professional development aligned with the Airbus strategy and its objectives, as well as local STPS regulations.
Key Responsibilties:
1- Maintain the safety culture in the Training area
2- Follow up on KPIs to maintain and improve the quality of the training provided
3- Keep the staff certification process updated
4- Control and improvement of Training Rooms
5- Control of material inventories and Training tools
6- Evaluation of internal and external training and certification programs
7- Operate and plan the Training budget in accordance with the Airbus codes of conduct
Requirements:
Bachelor degree / Engineering
Train the trainer courses
English
Effective communication
Critical and analytical mindset
