The Assurance Quality team plays a critical role in supporting quality, consistency, and continuous improvement across the Assurance practice. As a Non Audit Portfolio Manager, you will sit within the Assurance Quality Business Unit with two core remits: leading the Non-Audit Learning program and owning Learning and Education (Area 8) business processes.
You will shape and deliver learning strategies and quality management initiatives that help our people build the capabilities, behaviors, and discipline needed to perform Assurance-related services effectively. By driving PwC Quality Management for Service Excellence (QMSE) compliance through effective risk and control design, process optimization, and efficiency transformation, you will make quality easier in practice.

What you’ll do:
Lead the Non-Audit Learning Program: Oversee strategy, planning, and delivery of learning for professionals ranging from Associates to Partners. Manage the annual learning cycle, partner with Risk & Quality to address professional standards and emerging risks, and act as a senior advisor on learning governance.
Drive QMSE Compliance: Lead QMSE activities by identifying quality risks, designing controls, and maintaining process documentation that translates QMSE requirements into practical, scalable business processes.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, standardize, digitize, and optimize processes to improve efficiency and enhance stakeholder experience.
Data-Driven Insights: Monitor learning effectiveness, process performance, and compliance outcomes through reporting and business insights, translating findings into actionable improvements.
What we’re looking for:
Core skills
Extensive experience in learning program leadership, risk and quality, process improvement, or operational excellence.
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver large-scale programs in complex stakeholder environments.
Strong knowledge of risk management, controls, governance, and compliance concepts.
Proven ability to review, design, and optimize business processes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information for diverse audiences.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with confidence to challenge constructively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Demonstrated people leadership or coaching capability.
Desirable skills
- Experience in Assurance, professional services, regulated environments, or Learning & Development functions.
