Key Role:

• Network Performance Monitoring: Oversee real-time monitoring of network operations to ensure optimal performance and swift issue resolution.

• Incident Management: Manage and coordinate responses to network incidents and disruptions to minimize impact and restore operations promptly.

• Operational Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to align network operations with organizational goals and ensure seamless integration of systems.

• Data Analysis: Analyze network performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

• Compliance Oversight: Ensure network operations adhere to organizational policies, industry regulations, and security standards.

• Freight Operations Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of the Freight Management Center to ensure efficient and timely processing of shipments.

• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics and freight activities to align with organizational goals and ensure smooth transportation and delivery processes.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of freight management operations.

Experience:

Five (5) years of relevant work experience

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or related

field
