Multimedia Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:

·       Serve as a content marketing consultant for agency teams supporting clients with content development and distribution deliverables.

·       Integrate with the planning efforts of the strategy and CX teams to define audiences, customer journeys, and content ecosystem dynamics associated with client marketing campaigns and objectives.

·       Help define and establish the role of content marketing in overall strategic marketing plans, and champion the importance of the content marketing discipline.

·       Lead the development and distribution of compelling and engaging content strategies and executions, working closely with martech and business intelligence teams to measure and report performance metrics.

·       Lead the agency’s own content marketing effort through strategic activation of social media assets and other owned, earned and paid channels.

·       Provide leadership, direction and mentorship to the Social Media Strategist and connected contractors, vendors and internal resources.

·       Perform other duties as assigned.

Primary Skills & Requirements:

·       5+ years of hands-on content strategy experience required.

·       Advertising agency experience preferred.

·       Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·       Deep interest in and demonstrated understanding of content marketing best practices and trends.

·       Experience directing the development of a variety of social media and content marketing materials (link to portfolio requested).

·       Creativity in developing solutions for client needs.

·       Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

·       Familiar with social listening and other marketing insights software such as SpredFast, Nuvi, and other tools.

·       Proven track record of effective problem solving.

·       High energy, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

·       Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

·       SEO, Public Relations, journalistic writing, graphic design and other digital marketing experience a plus.
