We're looking for a mid-level Product Manager to join our Customer Experience (CX) product team with a focus on the mobile platform. Our CX product spans Voice, SMS, and digital channels (chat, email, in-app, and social — X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more), and mobile plays a critical role in delivering a seamless, unified experience across them — for front-office communications and back-office contact center workflows alike.
Our primary focus today is Small Business mobility, expanding into Mid-Market. You'll partner closely with the Lead PM for CX and cross-functional teams to drive the mobile product strategy, prioritize high-impact work, and deliver intuitive features that enable users — including contact center agents and supervisors — to communicate and manage work effectively, anytime, anywhere.
You'll use data to deeply understand how users interact with mobile features across channels, use feature flagging to test and learn quickly, and work to improve what's underperforming while doubling down on what resonates. You'll also use AI tools daily as a core part of how you do product work.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the Lead PM to define and drive a mobile-first product roadmap across CX channels: Voice, SMS, and digital (chat, in-app, email, and social channels such as X, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)
- Own key features spanning both front-office mobile experiences (business communications for SMB users) and back-office experiences (contact center agent and supervisor workflows on mobile)
- Define mobile requirements for AI-powered capabilities — AI assistants on mobile, agent assist, summarization, transcription, and smart replies — as they extend to agent and supervisor experiences
- Use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.) as a core part of the PM workflow: drafting PRDs, analyzing usage data, competitive research, and rapid prototyping
- Define, monitor, and optimize engagement metrics — activation, retention, response time, session frequency, and feature-level adoption
- Use feature flagging and experimentation (e.g., LaunchDarkly, Firebase) to test features iteratively, learn from user behavior, and make data-backed decisions
- Analyze product usage data to understand why certain features drive engagement, and identify ways to improve those that underperform
- Partner closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences that feel native, fast, and intuitive across iOS and Android
- Collaborate with GTM, support, and analytics teams to ensure successful launches, onboarding flows, and post-launch iterations
- Work with peer product managers across platform, data, and web to ensure channel consistency and cross-platform alignment
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of product management experience, including at least 1–2 years focused on mobile platforms (iOS/Android)
- Experience with CX or communication products spanning Voice, SMS, chat/email, or social messaging channels is a strong plus; contact center experience — understanding agent and supervisor mobile workflows — is highly valued
- Experience with AI-powered communications apps, including AI assistants on mobile, and demonstrated use of AI in product development
- Demonstrated daily use of AI tools in PM work — able to show how you use LLMs for specs, analysis, or prototyping. Comfort prototyping with AI coding tools (Cursor, v0, Claude Code) is a strong plus
- Deep familiarity with the competitive landscape for business communications and contact center mobile apps (UCaaS and CCaaS), including hands-on experience evaluating competing mobile products
- Comfortable defining and analyzing product engagement and operational metrics, including messaging usage, response rates, latency, and user satisfaction
- Experience using feature flagging, A/B testing, and telemetry to guide iteration and validation
- Technically conversant — able to work with mobile engineers and backend teams on APIs, SDKs, latency, and platform constraints
- Strong collaborator with a track record of working effectively with design, engineering, GTM, and fellow product managers
- Data-driven mindset: you form hypotheses, analyze outcomes, and iterate based on what the data tells you
- Familiar with agile practices and tools like Jira, Figma, Pendo, and LaunchDarkly
