Wir suchen das beste Talent für die Position des/der MES Specialist Parenterals (m/w/d) am Standort Schaffhausen, Schweiz.

Zweck

In dieser Position unterstützen Sie die digitale Abbildung und Umsetzung pharmazeutischer Herstellprozesse im MES-System PAS-X - Sie stellen die Erstellung, Pflege, Verifizierung und Ausführung elektronischer Batch Records sicher und tragen zur erfolgreichen Implementierung sowie zum reibungslosen Betrieb von Digitalisierungsinitiativen im Produktionsumfeld bei.

Ihre Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten

• Erstellen von Master Batch Records in PAS-X.
• Erstellen von User Requirements für Batch Records, bevorzugt für Herstellprozesse im Compounding.
• Erstellen von Testplänen für Batch Records in PAS-X.
• Durchführung der Verifizierung von Batch Records in PAS-X.
• Erstellen und Pflege von Batch Records und Stammdaten in PAS-X für Materialien, Equipments, Statusdiagramme und Logbücher mittels Workflow Tool.
• Ausführen von Electronic Batch Records in PAS-X.
• Durchführung von Hypercare-Aktivitäten auf dem Shopfloor im Schichtbetrieb.
• Erstellen und Durchführen von Schulungen für PAS-X sowie Review und Überarbeitung von Work Instructions.

Ihr Qualifikationsportfolio & unsere Anforderungen

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Pharma- und Chemietechnologe/-in bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation und/oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Produktionsumfeld.
• Erfahrung im Herstellbereich (Compounding) ist von Vorteil.
• Fähigkeit, sich in neue Prozesse einzuarbeiten, sowie technisches Verständnis.
• Offenheit für neue Herausforderungen sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
• Affinität zu Digitalisierungsprojekten und neuen Technologien.
• Gute Office-365-Kenntnisse.
• SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil.
