• Experience in customer service, call center, receptionist, or administrative work
• Comfort learning new systems quickly; Microsoft Office proficiency a plus
• Strong organization and attention to detail

What You'll Do

• Handle post-delivery and survey follow-up calls, outbound campaigns, and inbound member support
• Educate members on Assured Care benefits and network attorney access
• Grow into supporting families and successor trustees through estate settlement, death claims, and amendment processing
• Provide backup front desk support and help coordinate office traffic, deliveries, and vendor interactions as needed
