The opportunity
Join our team as a senior Marketo Consultant/Architect, where you'll lead enterprise marketing automation initiatives, design scalable integrations, and partner with clients to deliver impactful digital marketing solutions. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications while driving customer success through technical expertise and strategic consulting.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead client-facing Marketo consulting and implementation engagements.
- Design, implement, and optimize Marketo solutions for enterprise customers.
- Integrate Marketo with Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and other third-party platforms.
- Develop and manage LaunchPoint integrations with solutions such as BrightTALK, GoToWebinar, Lionbridge, and Twilio.
- Design and implement REST API integrations and enterprise application connectivity.
- Work with cloud environments including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Build scalable integration architectures using REST APIs and GraphQL.
- Develop advanced reporting and analytics using RCE and other reporting solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Marketo implementation and integration issues.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define solution architecture and best practices.
- Lead customer workshops, presentations, and technical discussions with both technical and executive audiences.
- Provide guidance on marketing automation, CRM, ERP, and enterprise system integrations.
- Mentor team members and contribute to solution design, documentation, and delivery excellence.
What we want from you
- 15+ years of overall professional experience, including 5–8 years in technology, IT operations, marketing automation, or related consulting roles.
- Strong functional and domain expertise in Adobe Marketo Engage consulting and implementation.
- Hands-on experience integrating Marketo with Adobe solutions, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and other enterprise platforms.
- Experience working with LaunchPoint integrations such as BrightTALK, GoToWebinar, Lionbridge, Twilio, and similar services.
- Strong knowledge of programming concepts, scripting languages, web services, relational databases, and web development.
- Experience with REST APIs and solid understanding of API standards, including GraphQL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Experience with advanced reporting solutions, including RCE.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex Marketo challenges.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives.
- Strong understanding of enterprise business systems, Marketing Automation, CRM, and ERP platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead meetings and client engagements.
- Solid understanding of business processes, models, and digital marketing strategies.

- Certified Expert – Marketo Engage Business Practitioner certification.
- Experience with JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#, or Java.
- Experience architecting and developing large-scale distributed server applications.
- Knowledge of competing marketing automation platforms and industry best practices.
- Experience leading enterprise digital transformation or marketing technology initiatives.
- Consulting experience in large, complex enterprise environments.
