Fully Remote Position
Compensation: $60,000-$65,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Full Time - Working hours of 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in getting the details right—the person who catches the typo others missed, notices when an ad feels off, makes a script or email flow better, flags inaccurate information before it goes live, and follows through without needing to be asked.
You don’t need to be a graphic designer, copywriter, media buyer, or compliance expert. You do need strong creative and editorial judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to keep work moving.
Position Purpose
- Support the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives by coordinating projects, creative workflows, campaign needs, and deliverables.
- Review marketing materials for accuracy, visual quality, brand consistency, grammar, messaging, and overall effectiveness.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Compliance, agencies, vendors, and other partners to keep projects moving from request through final approval.
- Track creative revisions, approvals, deadlines, and outstanding action items to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time. Support marketing efforts across paid social, digital advertising, CTV/OTT, audio, out-of-home, web, email/SMS, print, and third-party marketing channels.
- Serve as a proactive, detail-oriented owner who identifies issues, follows up on outstanding items, and ensures projects do not fall through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate marketing projects from kickoff through final delivery, managing timelines, revisions, approvals, deliverables, campaign setup and execution, including source codes, assets, approvals, and communication with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and other partners.

Review and refine creative materials for visual quality, brand consistency, accuracy, grammar, messaging, and overall effectiveness.

Coordinate Compliance submissions and approvals, track creative versions and statuses, and maintain organized records of approved assets.

Support prospective student communications, including email, SMS/text, nurture campaigns, advertising copy, scripts, headlines, and calls to action.

Monitor third-party and lead-generation sites for accuracy, proactively follow up on outstanding items, resolve issues, and keep projects moving through completion.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, creative operations, advertising, project management, or a related role.
- Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editorial skills.
- Strong creative eye and ability to evaluate design, messaging, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of projects.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, paid social, web, email/SMS, video, and other advertising channels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project-management/collaboration tools.
- Experience in a regulated or compliance-focused environment is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Education
High School Diploma or GED, or equitable on-the-job experience. Industry experience will be considered in combination with education. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
