You’ll be joining a people-focused company, and as a Marketing Automation and Website Specialist, you will help bring campaigns and content to life across Vendavo’s marketing automation and web channels. You’ll play a hands-on role in building campaigns, publishing content, supporting demand generation, and keeping our digital experiences accurate, timely, and aligned to our brand.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Build, test, launch, and maintain Pardot campaigns, including emails, forms, landing pages, lists, automation rules, engagement programs, and completion actions.
Translate campaign briefs into accurate, executable Pardot builds that support lead generation, nurture, event promotion, customer communications, and sales enablement programs.
Manage audience segmentation, list uploads, dynamic lists, suppression lists, and campaign member tracking in partnership with marketing operations and sales operations.
QA campaign assets to ensure links, tracking, personalization, formatting, rendering, and compliance requirements are correct before launch.
Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reporting on email engagement, form submissions, landing page activity, and conversion metrics.
Maintain clean campaign operations by following naming conventions, folder structures, tagging, documentation, and process standards.
Manage website content updates in the CMS, including page edits, resource uploads, blog updates, landing page changes, image swaps, metadata updates, and basic formatting adjustments.
Coordinate with content, design, and web development teams to ensure website updates are accurate, timely, brand-aligned, and optimized for user experience.
Support SEO/GEO/AEO and content hygiene by updating page titles, meta descriptions, links, redirects, alt text, and outdated content as needed.
Troubleshoot basic Pardot, Salesforce, CMS, form, and tracking issues, escalating technical problems when appropriate.

THE SKILL SET
2–4 years of experience in marketing automation, campaign operations, digital marketing, or website content management.
Hands-on experience building campaigns in Pardot, Salesforce Account Engagement, or a similar marketing automation platform.
Experience managing website updates in WordPress and Elementor.
Strong understanding of email marketing, landing pages, forms, segmentation, lead nurturing, and campaign QA.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for formatting emails, landing pages, and web content.
Comfortable working with Salesforce campaign structures, lead/contact data, and marketing attribution processes.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
Strong written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
Salesforce Account Engagement or Pardot Specialist certification.
Experience working in a B2B SaaS, technology, or enterprise software marketing environment.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, SEO basics, and campaign reporting dashboards.
Experience supporting webinars, events, paid media campaigns, nurture programs, or ABM campaigns.
Basic understanding of privacy, consent, unsubscribe, and email compliance best practices.
