严格执行小组作业计划、服从班组生产安排并确保按时完成； 对产品质量和劳动安全负责； 正确使用和佩戴相应劳保用品； 严格按照生产制造执行系统（MES）的操作规程进行作业，及时有效地录入信息； 积极参与、配合班长和其它组员做好小组的 5S 工作； 严格遵守公司和绝缘运行中心关于工艺、质量、清洁、设备维护保养、安全环保、工具消耗、易耗品消耗等方面的管理规章和制度； 对小组生产工艺、生产流程、现场管理以及设备改进等提供合理化建议；

工作要求:

技校及同等水平学历，具有一定的机械识图知识及能力； 在指派师傅的带领和技能传授下，具备快速适应绝缘件加工各工序操作的能力；  具备良好沟通能力，团队意识及可塑性；  能胜任三班轮班工作制安排及节假日的工作安排； 工作、交流态度端正，服从工作安排； 身体健康，无相关工作禁忌病症。如：听力障碍、肺部疾病等。
