Application Implementation and Maintenance:
• Performs analysis of identified applications and business processes/functions including Visitor Management systems, weapons detection, and employee duress/safety systems. Develops, modifies, and supports assigned applications/systems as required.
• Evaluates vendor capabilities to provide required products or services.
• Works with departments to ensure that the technical application is delivering expected value.
• Monitors supported systems ensuring appropriate service levels are being provided. Maintains accurate documentation of all system configurations and other required areas.
• Performs system administration to ensure proper configuration and system integrity. Coordinates implementation of new hardware and software as required.
• Provides testing and training documentation as required.
Communication & Documentation:
• Prepares detailed programming and/or integration specifications as required.
• Develops training material and provides training for end-users for systems that they are assigned.
Project Support:
• Works with project managers, developers, and end users to ensure designs meet business requirements.
• Provides technical support to project-related activities such as service provisioning and/or deployment.
• Assists with the planning, design, development of new services and technology as required.
• Installs and optimizes new hardware and software as required.
• Maintains proficiency in working with databases, online solutions and programming languages to build professional competencies and industry knowledge.
Staff Supervision:
• Responsible for supervising patient and visitor transportation and screening staff.
• Sets goals for performance and organizes workflow in line with the organization's overall strategies and plans.
• ensures employees understand their duties, monitoring employee productivity and provides feedback and coaching.
• Recruits, interviews, and selects team members. Provides training and resources. Completes timekeeping and payroll for direct reports. Conducts annual performance evaluations.
EDUCATION:
• Bachelor’s Degree OR 10 years of experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
